These cutting blades are made from zirconia ceramic material with a hardness of up to 78 Rockwell hardness and a Vickers hardness of 11.5 GPa, ensuring sharpness even after prolonged use.
Excellent Fracture Toughness
With a high fracture toughness of 9 MPam1/2, these cutting blades can withstand high loads without easily fracturing.
Chemical Stability and Heat Resistance
Zirconia ceramics exhibit outstanding chemical stability, high thermal conductivity (2.5 W/(m·K)), and a good thermal expansion coefficient (9.6x10-6/℃), making them suitable for use in high-temperature environments.
