Ultra-thin silicon nitride ceramic plate
E-mail:sales01@hkceramic.com
Ultra-thin silicon nitride ceramic plates, also known as ultra-thin ceramic separators or high-temperature and corrosion-resistant insulating silicon nitride sheets, are an advanced material solution designed specifically for high-temperature and demanding environments. These plates combine the excellent physical and chemical properties of silicon nitride, offering an ideal material choice for a variety of industrial applications.
Ultra-thin Design
This design not only reduces the weight of the material but also allows for effective use in compact spaces, enhancing equipment design flexibility and overall efficiency.
High Mechanical Strength and Hardness
The high hardness (Hv0.5 of 1500) and elastic modulus (290 GPa) of silicon nitride ensure the integrity and stability of structures under extreme conditions.
Excellent Thermal Performance
Its low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.1×10-6/℃) enables it to maintain stability in environments with drastic temperature changes, suitable for use as liners in heat exchangers and high-temperature furnaces.
Chemical Stability and Corrosion Resistance
Silicon nitride exhibits high resistance to various chemical substances, making it suitable for use in chemical processing environments.
Heat Exchangers
Utilizing its high thermal conductivity and thermal stability, used as separators in heat exchangers to enhance energy efficiency and thermal management performance.
Combustion Chamber Liners
Used in high-temperature environments such as combustion chambers, providing heat resistance and protective performance to extend equipment life.
Semiconductor Manufacturing
In semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in handling high-temperature processes, used to protect and isolate sensitive components, preventing thermal damage and chemical corrosion.
